We are hiring for a Lifestyle Relationship Officer in our Trenton office.
In this role, you will be responsible for marketing and soliciting lifestyle borrowers (part-time farmers, rural residents and secondary market home loans).
Offering sound credit and related services, negotiating terms/structure and performing risk analysis.
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge about agricultural practices, the financial industry and structuring business strategies, as needed.
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting Farm Credit of Florida as the lender of choice within the market.
Participating in trade, civic and community organizations to increase business opportunities.
Requirements include excellent marketing skills, ability t o work independently, multi-tasking, superior level of customer contact/service skills in all interactions with customers, and willingness to work in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Finance or related field.
One (1) to Three (3) years of experience as a loan officer in a financial institution or equivalent work experience.
Agriculture related credit or lending experience, preferred.
Farm Credit experience, is a plus.

Salary:
$17 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
